About East Bay Structural

Our company was founded in 1986 by Gregory Nichols and Kenneth Winfield with an overall goal of being a highly professional inspection service and repair company. Greg Nichols became owner and an inspector of East Bay Structural. He learned the business as the years went by. East Bay Structural & Termite Company is a Branch 3 company. We are licensed to perform inspections for wood-destroying pests and organisms, issue the inspection report and completion notices, perform treatments, and perform any repairs recommended on the inspection report. We currently have four licensed inspectors, one licensed applicator, and a large crew of skilled journeymen carpenters. ​

Whether you are buying or selling your home, or want an inspection just to be on the safe side, we offer the most highly skilled inspectors to perform thorough inspections to determine if any damage exists, and the necessary steps to fix that damage. 

Repair, Replacement & Treatment Services

We offer effective treatments to control wood destroying pests and organisms. We perform repairs and replacements to structural framing, porches (wood or concrete), windows, bathrooms and showers, stucco and wood siding, foundations and floors, etc.
